Welcome to Schoolhouse Yoga

Schoolhouse Yoga offers K-8th grade teachers and parents easy-to-implement yoga programs, giving them the tools they need to effectively incorporate yoga into the classroom as well as their daily lives. The programs contribute to the health and well-being of teachers, parents and students.

Schoolhouse Yoga uses the nationally acclaimed Yoga Ed., Tools for Teachers curriculum that has been successfully implemented in numerous school districts across the nation. Yoga tools are easy to use and require no prior knowledge of yoga and no special equipment.
